Cancellation Policy
At EBNY Hair Studio, your time and mine are equally valued. Please review the policy below before booking:
• Rescheduling: Clients must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
• Multiple Reschedules: If you reschedule your appointment once and choose to reschedule again, a new deposit is required to secure your new date.
• Late Policy: A $10 late fee will be applied after 20 minutes.
• If I am late, $10 will be taken off your service total. Let’s respect each other’s time.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without communication will be banned from future bookings.
• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward your remaining balance at your appointment.
• Communication: Life happens—communication is key. Please reach out as soon as possible if an issue arises.
